Shipping:
Our turn-around time is 10-14 business days.
Purchase the service and submit payment (Paypal ONLY)
We will email you RA (Repair Authorization) Number and shipping address
Package your part (with plenty of packing material to prevent shipping damage) and ship it to us
We will repair and ship it back within 10-14 business days. Rush repair services are available for an additional fee. Please email us for more information.
Return UPS Ground shipping WITHIN the United States is included in your purchase. It will be your responsibility to ship the unit to us for repair. The return freight is included in your payment.
Please provide us with your UPS Account# to ship collect if you require faster shipping services such as (Next Day Air, 2nd Day etc.)

Our services are warrantied against defects for a period of 12 months.

In the event that the part is unrepairable, we will refund your payment (less $15 for return shipping of your part via UPS Ground)
